While most people receive their Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments directly, some need assistance in managing their benefits. Payments to these individuals are paid through a representative payee who receives the check on their behalf and provides for their personal needs.

For many people, a family member or friend serves as the payee. But for a growing number of individuals, no one is available to fill this role.

Our organization can help fill these needs by providing representative payee services for the young, elderly or disadvantaged members of our community.

As a representative payee we will receive and manage the beneficiary's funds and use them for their care and benefit.

We work with beneficiaries to gather information and establish monthly budgets to provide for their current needs. Excess funds are conserved for 
future use.

We provide thorough and accurate record keeping for all managed benefits.

We're local. We service the needs of communities in Southern New Mexico.

We are not affiliated with any health or home service provider. We do not provide Rep Payee services as a sideline service. Our sole responsibility is to manage the beneficiary's funds that provide for their well being.

We stay connected with our clients to recognize any problems or special needs they have. When appropriate, we will refer them to local resources for health, social service or personal needs.

We manage our client's monthly payments using Direct Deposit and Electronic Payments to ensure the timely payment of our client's monthly 

and obligations.

Our reloadable debit cards provide a convenient way for our clients to make purchases without having to carry cash. They also eliminate the risk of accidental bank overdraft fees.

We are fully accountable for all Social Security Administration requirements.

We provide required Social Security reporting for benefit management and also provide periodic statements for client accountability.

We are fully insured and bonded. We are 
registered with the New Mexico State Attorney General’s Office and provide reporting to that governing body on our activities and financial condition.
